If you are looking for a particular product, write in the box "FIND PRODUCTS" the name of the product of your interest and you will see the list of products related to the searched word.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE PRODUCT DISPLAYED?
Click on the model you are interested in; this will allow you to see the product sheet with detailed information on the article. So, to place the order, click on "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG", complete the order, and proceed with payment.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, log in and access "My Account". Under "My Orders" you will receive all the information you need. Remember that the Customer Care staff is always at your disposal to provide you with further information.
WHEN DOES THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE END?
The purchase procedure ends when you receive the email that shows all the details related to your order. This communication is also the confirmation that the order was made correctly. WHAT IS THE PROMOTIONAL CODE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The delivery takes place on average between 1 and 5 days from the date of the order. At the times when the company closes, delivery times may vary, which are always communicated at the time of the order.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are free for Italy and Countries of Residence (Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARTICLE?
janetandjanet.com sells items in perfect condition. In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact our Customer Care immediately by email or phone to arrange the return.
ARE THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER?
As specified in the return procedure, you must contact the carriers indicated for the return of the products. Return shipping costs will be charged to us if the carriers we suggest are used, return shipping costs shall amount to € 5.00 for Customers residing in Italy and € 8.00 for Customers residing in the other countries of residence, except if the products are returned due to manufacturing defects/packaging errors. The expense contribution will be deducted directly when reimbursing payments made to Sthart S.r.l.
WHAT ARE THE REFUND TIMES AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?
Refunds are made on average between 7/14 days from the receipt of returned goods.
