Notice to Users: The following is JUST an extract of the General Conditions of Purchase that user is recommended to read entirely before he proceeds with any purchase
The delivery of Products purchased by the Customer shall only be made ONLY IN ITALY AND IN RESIDENCE COUNTRIES as set in section 2.1.iii of General Conditions of Purchase that it is recommended to read carefully (i.e. Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom) AND ONLY TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE RELEVANT PURCHASE ORDER. For safety reasons, this address may not be a postal box or poste restante even if it is situated in the above mentioned Countries.
The delivery of Product is made by means of the express courier service provided by BRT SpA, better known as Bartolini Corriere Espresso, for Customers resident in Italy and by DHL International GmbH, better known as DHL Express, for Customers resident in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom (i.e. Residence Countries, as listed in section 2.1.iii of General Conditions of Purchase that it is recommended to read carefully.
The delivery tracking service is available. Upon dispatch, i.e. when the Products are transferred to the carrier, an email will be sent to the Customer confirming dispatch along with the tracking number in order to enable the Customer to monitor delivery status.
The express courier above makes the delivery service from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in afternoon, in normal office hours, except for national holidays. The recipient can not book a delivery in a specific day or hour. Should the delivery not be made due to absence of the addressee, the Courier shall make a second attempt at delivery and, if the outcome is once again negative, the Courier shall leave a notification with necessary instructions for collection.
Should the delivery be made at receptions (with the signature of the receptionist), A&G Calzaturificio SpA is not liable for cases of failed delivery to the recipient.
The costs of the delivery of Products as per previous modes are payable by Customer and they amount to:
a) €5.00 for delivery in Italy;
b)€20,00 for delivery in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium,
Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France,
Germany, Austria, United Kingdom.
The amounts shall be distinctly indicated in Euros and shall include VAT in the Purchase Order set by the system and the Acceptance.
The delivery of Products in Italy is usually in 3 days from the Acceptance of Purchase Order made by A&G Calzaturificio SpA. The delivery of Products in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom is usually in 6 days from the Acceptance of Purchase Order made by A&G Calzaturificio SpA. In any case, terms of delivery are those specified in the Purchase Order and, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, are always considered as non-essential for the Customer. In cases where terms of delivery are not specified, in compliance with section 54 of the Consumer Code, delivery shall always be made within 30 days starting the day after sending the Acceptance notification.
In cases in which the purchased Product is not delivered within the period agreed in the Purchase Order, i.e. within 30 days as specified above, excepting the essentiality of term possibly agreed, the Customer shall request A&G to make the delivery within a supplementary term that is appropriate to the circumstances (e.g. for deliveries in Italy, excluding islands, not before 2 days from the term agreed by the parties and for deliveries in the Residence Countries not before 4 days from the term agreed by the parties) by contacting Customer Service to following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or to those ones set in the General Condition of Purchase.
Any delay in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by failures in service by the carrier or operator of payments, by reason of force majeure or in the event of festivities.
In order for A&G to honour the delivery term it is important to consider the time at which the Product is made available to the Customer (for example, reaching the delivery address specified in the Purchase Order and/or delivered to a receptionist).
Repeal of Purchase for delay
Except in cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure or due to the Client, should A&G not honour the terms of delivery specified in the Purchase Order, if agreed as essential, or the supplementary term, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract. In such a case, any amount already paid shall be reimbursed by A&G without undue delay and in any case not before 15 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of termination.
